After arriving at Nachi Taisha on our last leg of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage, climbing the Three-Storied Pagoda and viewing Nachi Waterfall, I thought it was the end of the journey. But there was more.

Thank you for sharing your journey. You have given me a view into something I might never see for myself and you do it with such a loving artistic touch. Im so lucky to know you and to learn from you!
I hope to visit here someday. Your word and picture journey brought back the sounds of water that occur both naturally and through fountain art in Japan. Like wind, water is the purest music.
Thank you Bobbie! I really can’t wait to return to Japan!!!! I find it utopian. I know Japanese people will say differently, but for a Westerner… I will take it!!! I miss riding a train or bike everywhere. I miss beauty and flowers and Buddhas and nice people everywhere…!!!
